| 摘 要： | 我国的制造和零售等行业在入世后面临着更加广阔的全球空间。作为为这些行业提供服务的物流行业,能否提供更加国际化的服务,是国内物流企业面对的重大课题。当前我国物流行业还没有形成比较完整的法律体系,因此对现代物流法律体系的建立和完善,使之与国际惯例接轨,成为物流行业急需解决的问题。

| Abstract: | China's manufacturing industry,retail business and other trades have broader global market after China's entering of WTO,as service trade,can the logistics industry provide them with more internationalized service?which is a important task that China's logistics industry faces.At present,there has not been a complete system of law for logistics,so logistics industry is badly in need of solving the problem that is setting up and perfecting modem logistics law. |
