| 摘 要： | 选取1986-2004年河北省的时间序列数据，运用多元线性回归模型对外商直接投资（FDI）的主要区位因素进行了分析，并基于回归结果提出相关的政策建议，从而为河北省吸收FDI发展本省经济提供了一些参考。

| Abstract: | This paper selects the sequential data of Hebei Province from 1986-2004 to analyze the main locational determinants of absorbing Foreign Direct Investment(FDI) by means of multiple linear regression model,and gives some suggestion based on the result of regression,thereby the paper offers some reference for Hebei on how to absorbing FDI to develop its economy. |
