基于模糊偏序的企业人力资源风险决策模型研究

摘    要:文章从企业人力资源风险及风险决策的目的与意义出发,建立了基于模糊偏序关系的企业人力资源风险评估与决策模型。该模型能够比较全面、客观的反映方案之间的关系,防止使用主观方法得到的评价信息而使模糊偏序关系产生较大的误差,决策者既能快速的进行方案的预分析,又能进行深入的比较分析,满足了决策者从不同的角度进行方案的分析和比较的需要,从而提高风险决策的合理性和实用性。

Abstract:A risk analysis model of human resources in enterprises based on fuzzy partial orders is developed to deal with the issue of HR risk and its analysis in this essay. This model is relatively comprehensive and objective in reflecting the relationships among schemes, thus avoiding bigger errors in fuzzy partial orders due to subjectivity. As a result, the decision makers can not only make a quick pre - analysis of the schemes, but also conduct an in - depth comparative analysis, meeting the needs to do it from different perspectives, thus improving the rationality and practicability of risk analysis.
