我国北方农村经济发展的战略研究——以河北省为例

随着我国经济的飞速发展,农村经济发展面临新的要求和挑战。农业经济是衡量我国总体经济水平的重要部分之一。以全面促进农民的收入和发展乡镇企业为首要目标,在加强和巩固农业地位的基础上,对我国各地方农村经济进行综合治理和改善成为重中之重。文章以河北省农村经济发展战略为例,在我国社会主义经济的大背景下,从河北省农村经济的发展现状和背景出发,总结了河北省农村经济发展战略出现的问题,提出了加强农村基础设施建设、调整产业结构、合理开发利用农村人力资源等应对措施。

Strategic Research of the Rural Economic Development in Northern China Take Hebei as Example

As the fast economic development of China,the rural economic development in China faces new requirement and challenges.Rural economy is one of the most important economic index of our country.We should take increasing farmers’ income and developing enterprise in town as the main target.This paper takes the rural economic development strategy of Hebei as example,under the background of Hebei,makes an analysis of the problems in Hebei rural economic development.Relevant suggestions are put forward.
