保险行业团队型文化对组织绩效的影响

摘    要:文章以保险企业为研究对象,首先利用OCAI量表识别出了保险行业的主导文化形态——团队型文化,继而探讨了团队型文化对工作绩效的路径影响。研究结果显示,团队型文化对工作绩效的直接影响并不显著,而是通过工作满意度的中介作用间接影响工作绩效。这一结果强调了保险行业管理人员在公司未来绩效提升方面应更加关爱员工,努力提升员工的工作满意度。

Abstract:This paper takes insurance corporations as research target,first employs OCAI scale to indentify the leading cultural pattern of insurance corporations,which is testified to be clan,then,explores the path effect of clan on job performance.The conclusion shows that clan does not affect job performance significantly,but through the mediating variance of job satisfaction,it affects job performance indirectly.This conclusion emphasizes that the management persons should care for their employees more and make great efforts to enhance employees’ job satisfaction,thus,improve corporation performance in the future.
