| 摘 要： | 区域人才活跃度是衡量一个区域人才发展现状以及潜力的动态性指标。文章在提出区域人才活跃度概念的基础上,提出了人才活跃度的六个影响因素,并对区域人才活跃度、区域经济活力的内容以及二者之间的辩证关系进行了分析和阐述。文章认为,区域经济活力有利于区域人才活跃度的增强,同时,区域人才活跃度反过来又能够促进区域经济活力提升,二者是相辅相成、相互存进的关系。

| Abstract: | Regional talent liveness is a dynamic index which measures the development status and potential of the regional talent.On the basis of the concept of the regional talent liveness proposed,this thesis points out six factors that can affect the talent liveness.Then the content of the regional talent liveness and regional economic vitality and the dialectical relationship between the two have been analyzed and explained.That regional economic vitality will enhance the regional talent liveness,while the regional talent liveness can contribute to enhance the regional economic vitality in turn,the two are the relationship of mutual promotion are concluded. |
