| Abstract: | With the development of tourism real estate in the tourism city,its impact on the local residential housing becomes more and more obvious.Based on the tourism theory and economics,the factors affecting the real estate development in tourism city are analyzed,and then the causes of the imbalance in tourism real estate are discussed,so as to ensure the needs of local residential housing needs and promote the development of tourism in the city,as well as the sustainable development of the society. |
