| 摘 要： | 良好的投资者关系管理通过双向沟通,能够有效保护投资者的知情权,有助于吸引机构投资者和长期投资者,利于公司制订长期战略;对投资者类别的划分也有助于调整和完善股权结构。借助资本市场,投资者关系管理能够对公司治理和公司战略产生互动作用,帮助企业在资本市场上获取竞争优势。投资者关系管理既是公司治理的重要内容,也是一项重要的公司战略行为。

| Abstract: | Through well communication and IRM,the interests of investors can be well protected,which is helpful to attract institutional investors and long-term investors,as well as conducive to the formulation of strategy and adjust ownership structure.Through the capital markets,investor relations can influence corporate governance and corporate strategy simultaneously,to help firms to obtain a competitive advantage in the capital markets.Investor relations are not only an important activity of corporate governance,but also an important act of corporate strategy. |
