合同能源管理在钢铁企业中的应用

合同能源管理(EPC)是钢铁企业节能改造的一种有效模式。文章通过钢铁企业的现状和目前EPC在钢铁行业中的应用情况分析,得出EPC在钢铁企业中应用的四大主要障碍,并在此基础上提出以建立第三方融资交易平台为核心的对策方案。依据现有交易所融资运作的模式,文章构建了以第三方融资交易平台为核心的钢铁企业节能改造EPC项目运作模型,以期解决EPC模式在钢铁企业节能应用中的融资、实施及推广等问题,从而促进EPC在钢铁企业节能中的广泛应用。

The Application of Energy Performance Contracting in Steel Enterprises

Energy Performance Contracting(EPC) is an effective energy saving mode of steel enterprises.In this paper,through the analysis of current situation of steel enterprises and the application of the EPC,make out four major obstacles in steel enterprise’ application of EPC and put forward to set up the third party financing trade platform as the core of the countermeasures scheme.Based on the current operation mode of exchange financing,this paper constructs the third party financing trade platform as the core measures of the steel enterprise energy saving reconstruction project operation model of EPC,to solve the issues of financing,implementation, promotion and so on,so as to promote the wide application of EPC in the energy saving of steel industry.
