| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以来,我国失业保险的发展历程是曲折的,中间经历了新中国成立初期的失业救济、计划经济时期"统包统分"的传统就业政策,到20世纪80年代中后期的待业保险制度、下岗职工基本生活保障制度以及现行的失业保险制度的演变过程。重新回顾60年来我国失业保险的发展历程,总结其经验、教训,对我们缓解失业风险、促进就业有着积极的意义。

| Abstract: | The development history of unemployment insurance is tortuous in China.The evolution process includes the unemployment relief,the traditional employment policy in the planned economy period,the job-seeking insurance system,the basic life safeguard system of off-duty workers and the current unemployment insurance system in the middle of the 1980s.Reviewing the development history of unemployment insurance of China and summarizing the experience and lessons has the positive significance to alleviate unemployment risk and promote employment. |
