保障性住房物业管理资金来源与运用机制研究

摘    要:目前中国的住房市场中,保障性住房因为政策和制度的优势,其所占的比例越来越大。"十二五"期间,我国会有大量保障性住房的建设。在不久的将来,这些保障性住房会大规模地投入使用。在建筑物的使用过程中,物业管理是一项重要的内容。文章首先简单介绍了我国保障性住房的现状和发展趋势,提出保障性住房在物业管理中遇到的资金来源与运用问题,建立保障性住房物业管理资金来源与运用机制,确保保障性住房在使用过程中物业管理的有效进行。

Abstract:Due to the policy and system advantage,affordable housing takes more and more proportion in the present China’s housing market.The scale of the affordable housing will be built and used in the twelfth five-year plan.Property management is an important content in the process of building use.The biggest difficult is the financing source and application in property management.We introduce the status trend of the housing market first,and then we put forward the financing source and application difficult and make up the financing source and application mechanism to make the affordable housing property management effective.
