| 摘 要： | 科技银行对破解科技型中小企业缺少金融服务困局能起到重要作用。然而,我国科技银行发展还处于初级阶段,应明确科技银行发展原则,以保障科技银行沿着正确路径健康发展;科技银行发展路径的现实选择是:以商业性科技银行机构为主,大力发展科技银行业务,同时政府政策上应予大力扶持。

| Abstract: | The sci-tech bank plays an important role in supporting the small and medium-sized enterprises obtaining financial service.However,the development of sci-tech banks in China is still at the initial stage.Therefore,we must define the principles of development and ensure the sound development of the sci-tech bank along the proper way.On the present stage,the choice of sci-tech banks is: taking the sci-tech department of commercial bank as subject,and then expand the business of sci-tech service,as well as the support of government. |
