浅谈中国户籍制度对公民身份的影响

户籍制度是政府职能部门对所辖人口的出生、死亡、迁徙、婚姻等基本状况进行登记并进行相关管理的一项国家行政管理制度。他不仅反映人口的基本信息,而且与人的社会身份、社会地位、职业相关。这样,户籍制度就不仅仅是提供人口统计的基本信息资料,而是包括与公民的身份、职业等权利相关的一系列的社会管理制度。以广义的户籍制度为研究视角,从中国当前的户籍制度入手,分析其局限性,研究其在公民社会生活中对公民身份的影响。
