| 摘 要： | 管理创新是企业创新体系中一个重要的组成部分,管理创新的主体是企业经营者,因此企业经营者的人力资本状况与企业管理创新关系十分密切。本文论述了管理创新在企业创新体系中的地位与作用,对管理创新与经营者人力资本之间的关系问题进行了探讨,论述了管理创新与经营者人力资本提高之间的内在联系。
