我国专利产出与经济增长的协整关系研究

本文选取1987~2004年时间序列数据,对我国专利产出和经济增长之间的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明:专利产出和GDP之间存在协整关系,协整系数为0.311433;二者在10%水平上具有Granger双向因果关系。VAR分析结果表明:经济增长对专利产出的影响强度相对较大,专利产出对经济增长的影响强度相对较小,这主要是由我国的科技管理体制以及技术市场不健全造成的。目前,我国需要进一步深化科技体制改革,尤其是要加强官产学研之间的合作。

Research on Mutual-Acting Effect of Patent Outputs and Economic Growth

Time series data were used to analyze the relationship between patent outputs and economic growth from 1987-2004.A Co-integrated relationship was confirmed with the coefficient of 0.311433 and between the two-variable 2-direction Granger causes were tested at 10% level.The results of VAR analysis indicated that impulse intension of economic growth to patent outputs was stronger than that of patent outputs to economic growth.The result showed that technology management system and technology market was of distemperedness and the collaborate of "Government,Production,Study and Research" should be boosted.
