| 摘 要： | 产品以满足顾客不断增长的需求为目标,因而产品质量改进是无止境的,是一个典型的复杂适应过程。事实上休哈特的学习过程、计划-做-检查-实施(PDCA)改进环、选择-试验-适应,选择-试验-学习(SEA-SEL)改进模型、以及六西格玛管理所使用的业绩改进模型定义-测量-分析-改进-控制(DMAIC)等几种质量改进模型,都是将质量系统看作复杂适应系统。

| Abstract: | Product should meet custom requirement.Product quality improvement is an endless and typical complex adaptive process along with the constantly changeable custom requirements.This paper presents several models for quality improvement,such as learning process of Sherhart,PDCA,SEA-SEL,DMAIC used in Six-sigma.These models are all based on quality system:a complex adaptive system. |
