浅谈我国国有企业资本结构问题

本文在阐述了资本结构概念即企业资本结构就是指企业资金来源中负债与净资产（即股东权益）的比例关系的基础上,对我国国有企业资本结构的发展历程进行回顾,分析了现今国有企业资产负债率高、负债结构不合理、国有股＂一股独大＂以及资本结构缺乏弹性的现状,鉴于此,调整和优化国有企业资本结构已势在必行,并以＂债转股＂为例探讨目前国有企业的优化方式。

On the Problem of Chinese Nationalized Business Capital Structure

This article expounds the definition of capital structure which is the proportion of liability to net asset value （the equity of stockholders） and based on that it reviews the historical development of Chinese nationalized business capital structure. In addition,it analyzes the current situation of . We can see that the asset-liability ratio is high,debt structure is irrational,the proportion of state owned shares is high and the capital structure is lack of elasticity. Therefore,we should adjust and optimize the Chinese nationalized business capital structure and in this article we just take debt-to-equity swap for an example.
