| Abstract: | The paper discusses the necessity and importance of making geological prospecting units localization and enterprises,and it expounds the intension about it. Then , it puts forward the choice of relevant models and implemented steps, it also specially emphasizes that adjustment of productive managemental structure should be strengthened and government support should be provided. |
