低渗透油藏压裂用支撑剂质量影响因素分析

摘    要:采用石油天然气行业标准SY/T 5108-2006压裂支撑剂性能指标及测试推荐方法,对支撑剂的粒径分布、酸溶解度、浊度、密度及抗破碎能力等性质进行了检测,结果表明:酸溶解度、抗破碎能力是压裂支撑剂质量监督检验最突出的问题,粒径、浊度次之;425~850μm粒径范围的石英砂视密度测试值分布在2.50~2.84g/cm3之间,平均值为2.64g/cm3,体密度为1.40~1.67g/cm3,平均值为1.61g/cm3;中低强度陶粒视密度测试值分布在2.76~3.40g/cm3之间,平均值为2.96g/cm3,体密度为1.49~1.74g/cm3,平均值为1.64g/cm3;粒径大小、细小微粒及杂质含量多少,对浊度、酸溶解度检测影响最大,抗破碎能力影响次之。

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Quality of Fracturing Propping Agents in Low Permeability Reservoir

Abstract:The performance index and the recommended test method of fracturing propping agent in the standard SY/T 5108-2006 of petroleum and natural gas industry are applied to the detection of some properties like the distribution of particle diameter,the acid solubility,turbidity,density and crush resistance.The test results show that the acid solubility and crush resistance are the most prominent problems of fracturing proppant quality supervision,while particle diameter and turbidity are second to them.The apparent density test value of quartz sand in the particle diameter range of 425~850μm is distributed in the range of 2.50~2.84g/cm3,and the average is 2.64g/cm3;the bulk density is 1.40-1.67g/cm3,and the average is 1.61g/cm3.The apparent density test value distribution of the low-middle intensity ceramsite is in the range of 2.76~3.40g/cm3,and the average is 2.96g/cm3: the bulk density is 1.49~1.74g/cm3,and the average is 1.64g/cm3.Particle diameter,fine particles,and impurity content have greatest impact on the detection of turbidity and acid solubility,followed by the crush resistance.
