梯次质量培训模式的建立与应用

摘    要:结合油田改制企业开展质量培训过程中存在缺乏系统性、针对性、实时性等问题,从员工基础质量培训(拉动培养)"、"技术骨干质量培训(高端带动)"、"管理层质量培训(强化优势)3方面入手,通过建立梯次质量培训模式,不断拓宽质量培训的范围,努力提高广大员工质量意识,力求对改制企业开展员工质量培训提供借鉴。

Abstract:There exist some problems in the process of starting quality training in oilfield reformed enterprises,such as the lack of systematicness,direction and real-time.According to these problems,the echelon quality training model is built up from three aspects: quality training for basic staffs(pulling cultivation),quality training for technical backbone(high-end driving),quality training for management level(strengthening advantage).By mean of this model,the range of quality training can be broadened constantly,while the quality consciousness of all staffs can be improved with great effort.Hopefully,this study can provide some reference for reformed enterprises in developing the quality training of staffs.
