| Abstract: | In connection with performance excellence model conducted by No.3 Pipeline Company at the fourth bid section project of Nangchang-Shanghai branch line,an introduction is given to the identification of value creation process,process design,implementation and improvement of pipeline engineering projects.Through the application of performance excellence model,the transformation of project management way has been push forward,and the scientific level of project management has been practically improved. |
