井下作业数据采集应用系统建设研究

辽河油田井下作业年工作量3.2万井次左右,在施工过程中各种数据停留在手工采集、EXCEL报表、WORD分析材料、手工上报资料等比较原始的阶段,许多工程数据都保留在纸质介质上,虽然部分单位开发了一些简单的应用系统,但是还存在着不规范,不统一,功能简单等情况。因此有必要建设适合辽河油田业务实际的、统一的数据库系统,对生产过程的数据进行数字化采集,满足数据采集、存储的需要,并为进一步实现全油田生产数据库系统及生产数据智能分析、决策系统积累经验,真正实现生产业务数字化,全面提高公司的核心竞争力,为油气生产提供数据保障。

Research on the Construction of Applying System for Data Acquisition of Downhole Operation

The annual workload of downhole operation in Liaohe oilfield is about 32,000 well times.In the process of construction,different data dwelt at the primary stages like manual collection,EXCELL report forms,WORD analysis materials,and handmade reported material,and many engineering data rest on the paper media.Although parts of units have established some simple applying system,there still exist some problems like the lack of standardization,the disunity and the simplicity of function.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the unified database system that is adaptable to the operation practice of Liahe oilfield.This system can make the digital collection for the data of production process,and satisfy the requirement of data collection and data storage.Meanwhile,this system can also provide some experiences for conducting the production database system,the intelligent analysisof production data and the decision system in the whole oilfield,and then realize the digitalization of production operation really and improve the core competitiveness of company totally,thus offering some data assurance to oil-gas production.
