油田压力管道全面检验方法探讨

开展压力管道定期检验是国家法律、法规的需要，也是保证压力管道安全运行的需要。长庆油田在用压力管道大部分是埋地管道，由于部分管道投产时间长，已经接近或超过设计寿命，存在较大的安全隐患。通过资料审查和走线调查，总结了检验方法，提出了检验重点及缺陷修复和后处理问题。

Discussions on the Complete Inspection Method of Oilfield Pressure Pipeline

It is the requirement of national law and regulation to make the periodic inspection for pressure pipeline,and is also the demand to assure the safety operation of pressure pipeline.In Changqing oilfield,most of pressure pipes in use are buried ones,which has reached and exceeded the designed service life because of the long startup time of some pipes,there is a large security risk.Therefore,through the data examination and the routing investigation,some inspection methods are summarized,followed by some presentation of inspection emphasis and methods of defect repairs.
