天然气超声流量计的应用与故障处理

摘    要:对超声流量计的测量原理、管路安装和投运前准备进行了探讨,推荐上游直管段为20D,下游直管段为5D;流量计在启用前要求进行零流量测试;以流程图的形式对天然气正常流动,超声流量计没有流量显示;测量误差超差;天然气在静止状态下流量指示不为零,分别给出了相应的排查方法。结合现场应用实例,验证了排查方法的有效性并提出了使用过程中的注意事项。

Abstract:Discussions focuses on the measuring principle,the pipeline installation of ultrasonic flowmeter and the preparation before it is transported.It is recommended that upstream line should be 20D while the downstream line should be 5D,and that test of zero flow should be carried out before the use of flowmeters.Meanwhile,some corresponding checking methods for normal flow of natural gas,no flow display in ultrasonic flowmeters,oversize of measuring errors,and non-zero indication of flow of natural gas in the static state are respectively given by means of flow chart.Finally,combined with the spot applied example,the effectiveness of checking methods are verified,followed by some suggestion about matters needing attention in the application of them.
