国际直接投资与国际贸易关系理论综述

国际直接投资与国际贸易的关系可以归结为替代和互补两种，由于考察的角度、假设的条件和影响的因素不同，会得出不同的结论。替代和互补在理论上的这种非严格区分性表现为：在实践中，替代和互补可能是同时存在的，只不过互补关系可能常大于替代关系，国际贸易和国际直接投资在地理区域与产业分布上呈现出高度的一致性，国际贸易与国际直接投资日益融为一体，以至于实证分析一般体现为国际直接投资与国际贸易总体上是互补的。
