| 摘 要： | 在经济增长中,科学技术已经成为第一位的增长因素,没有科技的进步,就没有生产与经济的进一步发展。西安市如何更好地迎合高科技浪潮,将科技优势转化为经济优势,是影响和制约西安发展的关键问题。借鉴国内外成功经验,探索适合西安的产学研相结合的模式是解决问题的正确选择。

| Abstract: | In modern economic development,science and technology has been the first factor of economic growth.There isn't productive and economic further development without advancement of science and technology.How to meet high-tech tide and translate technological preponderance into economic preponderance in Xi'an,which is the key problem of influencing and restricting development of Xi'an city.It is right to use reference experience of internal and external successful experiences and explore model of combination of industry,college and institute to develop economy of Xi'an. |
