| Abstract: | To build world-class enterprises with have to deal with inefficient assets, and improve the international competitiveness, State-owned enterprises the quality of assets. This paper refines the types and the causes of inefficient assets, analyses of the mode of the non-performing assets disposal, and then puts forward the Suggestions on disposing inefficient assets of state-owned enterprises. |
