2013年底,以出台《关于进一步深化上海国资改革促进企业发展的意见》为标志,上海启动了新一轮国资国企改革发展.深入调查研究15家上海市属国有企业集团及部分企业集团二级、三级子公司的状况,总结上海国资国企创新与转型发展的经验,有助于进一步深化上海国资国企改革创新与发展.

Research on the Innovation and Transformation Development of State-owned Enterprises in Shanghai

At the end of 2013, symbolized by the issuance of Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of the State-owned assets to Promote the Enterprise Development, Shanghai launched a new round of state-owned assets and enterprises reform, leading the national state-owned assets and enterprises reform once again. On the basis of carrying out in-depth investigation and study on 15 municipal state-owned enterprise groups and some level 2 and level 3 subsidiaries of the enterprise groups in Shanghai, this paper summarizes the practice of Shanghai state-owned enterprises innovation and transformation development and puts forward some suggestions of further deepening the development of Shanghai state-owned enterprises innovation through case study and empirical research.
