| 摘 要： | 控制空间已成给维护国家战略利益拓展的重要环节,也成为赢得现代战争的关键.作为一种全新的作战样式,太空作战给传统国际法带来了前所未有的挑战.研究太空作战的法律定性、太空自卫权的行使、太空作战手段与方法的限制以及太空作战的国际责任,对于我们应对包括太空作战在内的信息化战争对国际法所带来的诸多挑战具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Space controlling is already an important part in maintaining the expand of national strategic interests and the key to win the modern war. As a kind of new battle style, the space warfare has brought an unprecedented challenge to traditional international law. Studying on the relevant legal characterization of space warfare, the exercise of space self-defense, the limits of space operational means and methods and the international responsibility of space warfare would be significant for the challenges to international law provided by information war, including dealing with the space warfare. |
