| 摘 要： | 道德哲学作为康德政治哲学的基础,从道德的视域中思考其政治哲学也就成为必然。康德道德哲学的出发点是自由,自由不仅是其哲学的核心,同时还是其政治哲学的本质特征。在康德看来政治与道德是统一的,这在其正义学说中得到的充分的体现。
