Decision Making Method of Proposal for Insurance in Large Scole Projects

Insurance is an important measure to reduce the project risk. The decision of insurance firstly depends on selection of the insurer. The insurer selection is a problem of multi-objects decision and the uncertain information for decision are usually described through certain a Form. This paper puts forward a TOPSIS method based on number of intervals to select the insurer. An example is introduced to prove the feasibility of the method.
