新企业创业导向与绩效倒U型关系及资源整合能力的中介作用

创业导向对绩效的正向影响已经被诸多学者认可，但也有研究指出，创业导向与绩效的关系是“难以捉摸”的。二者之间关系研究结论的相异性继续驱动着学者们不断从各种不同的情境来分析探究它们之间的关系并企图打开二者之间的“黑箱”。新企业的创业实践表明，资源整合能力对于创业导向与绩效的关系具有重要的影响，但个中机理并未得到有效揭示。基于234份新企业样本，本文利用调节路径分析方法研究了新企业创业导向、资源整合能力与绩效的关系。实证结果表明，新企业创业导向分别与绩效和资源整合能力具有倒U型关系，而且资源整合能力在创业导向与绩效的倒U性关系中具有中介效用。这说明了拥有适度创业导向的新企业将会有较好的绩效，较低或较高的创业导向都不利于绩效的提升，而要确保创业导向对绩效的积极作用，新企业必须完善并提升其资源整合能力。

The Inverted U Shape Between Entrepreneurial Orientation and the Performance:the Mediating Role of Resource Integration Capability of Chinese New Ventures

The positive relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance has been recognized in academy while some research argued that their relationship is elusive. Differences in the results have driven scholars to study its deep mechanism between entrepreneurial orientation and performance and tried to open the black box. The practice of new ventures has shown that resource integration capability has an important effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance, but the mechanism has not been tested. Based on 234 samples of new ventures, this paper, by using moderating path analytical Technique, tests the relationships among entrepreneurial orientation, the performance and resource integration capability. The empirical study shows that entrepreneurial orientation has an inverted U shape with the performance and resource integration capability respectively and resource integration capability plays a mediating role in the inverted U shape between entrepreneurial orientation and the performance, which shows that reasonable entrepreneurial orientation will enhance the performance while lower or higher entrepreneurial orientation will cause the performance to decrease. In order to maintain the positive effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance, new ventures must improve its resource integration capability.
