| 摘 要： | 伴随着一大批高速铁路项目建设的开工和部分线路的成功运营,中国铁路已进入高速铁路时代。基于经济和环境两个视角,通过构建相关评价指标和引入其他交通方式作参照,尝试对中国的高速铁路建设进行理论评价,并揭示它对于中国未来社会发展的经济和环境价值。

| Abstract: | With a large number of high speed railway lines in construction and some railway lines in operation,China has entered the era of high speed railway.By building indicators and introducing other means of transport as a reference,the paper tries to evaluate the construction of China＇s high speed railway theoretically and to reveal its impact on future social development from two perspectives of economy and environment. |
