区域经济系统演化的自组织机制研究

区域经济因其内部众多要素之间的复杂关系，难以用传统的线性思维方式和数理方法研究其整体发展。系统论为更科学地考察区域经济发展规律提供了理论基础。文章通过对区域经济系统自组织演化的分析，深入研究区域经济系统演化的自组织条件、内在动力和源泉，认为：区域经济系统的自组织过程不具有稳定性，竞争与协作共同决定着区域经济系统的发展演化；地方决策机构应对区域经济自组织进行控制，把系统引向决策者所希望的有序结构。

Research into the Self- organization Mechanism of Regional Economy System Evolving

The comlicated relationships among the various inner factors make it difficult to conduct research into the development of regional economy with the traditional linear and mathematic method. The system theory has provided the theoretical foundation to investigate the development rule of the regional economy scientifically. The self- organization condition, inherent power and source of the regional economy are further researched by analyzing the selforganization evolvement. The self- organization course of the regional economy system is regarded as the instability by itself; and the evolvement of the regional economy system is determined by competition and coordination together. The local policy- making department should control the self- organization of the regional economy and lead the system to an orderly structure.
