| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO后,受影响最大的是企业。而企业要想尽快适应我国加入WTO,必须尽快了解WTO规则及我国承诺。这是企业在我国加入WTO后的更加激烈的国内外市场竞争中立于不败之地,并以此促进整个国民经济快速、健康和持续向前发展的需要。

| Abstract: | It is enterprises that are mostly affected after China enters WTO. Enterprises must master WTO regulations and our country's promises quickly so as to acclimatize themselves to the fact that our country has entered WTO. This paper focuses on ont only the most important regulations and our promises which should be mastered by enterprises, but also the ways to master these regulations and promises. |
