| 摘 要： | 建立一个民营企业融资效率评价模型。通过建立民营企业融资效率评价指标体系,指出影响民营企业融资效率的因素主要有融资成本、融资结构、企业法人治理结构、资金利用率、融资机制规范度、清偿能力和宏观经济环境。另外,采用层次分析法结合模糊综合评价对民营企业融资效率进行综合评价,分析其结果,并用算例说明了该方法的实际应用。

| Abstract: | The paper presents an evaluation model on financing efficiency of private enterprises.An evaluation index on financing efficiency of private enterprises includes many factors such as financing cost,financing structure,management mechanism,etc.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) combining AHP(FAHP) is adopted to evaluate financing efficiency of private enterprises.The paper explains how to apply this approach to the practice concerned. |
