从博弈论视角来看，技术创新中博弈参与人的个体利益与整体利益的不一致，可能造成“囚徒 困境”的状况。企业之间无限次重复技术创新博弈模型表明，静态技术创新博弈中的“囚徒 困境”可能在无限次重复技术创新博弈中解决，但这一可能性受到企业的得益贴现因子、本企业技术创新收益与成本、技术创新外溢收益、技术创新外溢学习成本等因素的影响。

Research on New Emerging Car Ent erprise Innovation Mechanism in China

The prosperity of the automobile industry promotes the new emerging car enterprise d eveloping rapidly.However,the lack of the innovation mechanism restricts the sus tainable development of the new emerging car enterprise.There are many problems for its innovation mechanism construction,such as the loss of the core technolog y,the weakness of the product development ability,the low level of the brand str ategy,the weakness of the marketing means,the lack of policy support and the low consumption support.Therefore,the push of the core technology and product innov ation,the enhancement of the market development and promotion ability,and the st rengthen of the policy supporting are necessary to accelerate the construction o f the innovation mechanism for the new emerging car enterprise.
