摘    要:砖骨料再生混凝土的粗骨料表面存在硬化砂浆和大量的界面结构,致使其抗压强度较普通混凝土的有所降低,为探究其受压破坏情况,采用多种强化方式的砖骨料,制备不同取代率的再生混凝土,引入砖骨料吸水率等特征参数,提出了一个可广泛应用的再生混凝土抗压强度计算公式。研究表明,再生混凝土的抗压强度与取代率、胶水比呈线性关系,不同强化处理方式对再生混凝土抗压强度影响显著;与试验结果相比,基于表观密度、骨料品质和取代率所建立的抗压强度公式计算误差较小,考虑影响相表观密度的计算式绝对误差平均值为5%,具有较高的精度和较好的适用性,可为其在绿色建材领域中的应用提供一定参考。

Abstract:There are hardened mortar and a large number of interface structures on the surface of the coarse aggregate of recycled brick aggregate concrete, resulting in a decrease in compressive strength compared with ordinary concrete. In order to explore its compressive failure, a variety of strengthening methods of brick aggregate were used to prepare recycled concrete with different replacement rates. The characteristic parameters such as water absorption of brick aggregate were introduced, and a widely used formula for calculating the compressive strength of recycled concrete was established. The results show that the compressive strength of recycled concrete has a linear relationship with the substitution rate and glue ratio, and different strengthening treatment methods have a significant effect on the compressive strength of recycled concrete. Compared with the experimental results, the calculation error of the compressive strength formula based on the apparent density, aggregate quality and substitution rate is small. The average absolute error of the calculation formula considering the apparent density of the phase is 5%, which has high accuracy and good applicability. It can provide some reference for its application in the field of green building materials.
