| 摘 要： | 校园文化是校园师生所创造的物质财富和精神财富总和。校园文化关系着学校教育目标的实现,它的功能是多方面的。学校的管理者要充分认识到校园文化建设的重要作用,把校园文化建设放在管理工作的首位。
