| 摘 要： | 高职计算机专业教师队伍的学历结构、职称结构、知识结构等不合理。加强“双师型”高职计算机专业教师队伍的建设一方面要加强引进,一方面要加强培养,走产学研相结合的道路,注重理论的提升和技能的深化。

| Abstract: | The educational background,the titles of professional post and the structure of knowledge are unreasonable among the teachers of computer specialty.We should strengthen the establishment of “double teachers”,on the one hand,introducing teachers,on the other hand,cultivating,combine production,teaching and with research and attach importance to the study of theory and mastering of techniques. |
