论高校知识产权二元管理结构的构建

随着我国对高校科研投入的逐步加大，高校已经成为我国科技创新的沃土。目前，一些高校对知识产权管理并未给予足够的重视，在知识产权管理方面存在许多问题，给高校知识产权创造、保护和运用带来了一系列负面影响。国家知识产权行政管理机关应该加强对高校知识产权的管理工作，形成国家和高校知识产权二元管理结构，以解决当前高校知识产权管理方面存在的问题。
