| 摘 要： | 近年来,为了更有效地防范化解金融风险和提高货币政策的有效性,越来越多的国家把监管职能划分到专门的监管机构,我国也于2003年对这两项职能进行了分拆.而由于传统上货币政策职能和监管职能都归属于中央银行,二者之间依然存在着千丝万缕的联系与影响,因此,如何协整与处理好它们之间的关系,是金融货币政策部门和金融监管部门所面临的新课题.

| Abstract: | Traditionally monetary policy and financial regulation are the main functions of the central bank,now more and more countries assign specialization organizations to perform the regulation function.But there is some intimate relationship between them,and how to coordinate with their relationship has become an emergent task.In the paper the author tries to analyze it. |
