新疆农村居民生活消费结构变动分析

改革开放以来，新疆农村居民消费结构不断改善，农村居民生活消费中用于基本生存消费比重普遍下降，而用于“发展型”与“享受型”消费比重持续上升，消费结构正在逐步升级。要进一步改善农村消费结构就必须千方百计增加农村居民收入，建立健全农村基本生活保障制度、农村社会养老保障制度和农村医疗保障制度。

The Changes Analysis in the Consumption Structure about the Life of the Rural Residents in Xinjiang

The consumption structure of the rural residents in Xinjiang has been continuing to-improve since the reform and opening up. The proportion of the basic survival consumption in that of the rural residents has been declining for the general, while the proportion of the consumption for the ＂development＂ and ＂enjoyment＂ has been continuing to rise. The consumption structure has been gradually upgrading. To further improve the rural consumption structure, everything must be done to increase the rural people＇s income as the most possible as we can. Meanwhile, the basic livelihood guarantee system for the rural areas should be established and improved, so should the protection of rural social endowment and the rural medical security system do.
