摘    要:人们在满足了生存需求和安全需求之后,就会产生更高层次的需求。知识员工心理契约就反映他们这些高层次需求。构建良好的心理契约,将有助于组织和个人的共同发展;反之,则会产生许多不良后果。因此,对知识员工心理契约进行有效的管理就成为当务之急。

Abstract:After being satisfied with the demand of living and safety, People will have high -level demand, especially reflected by the psychological contract of knowledge employees. It is helpful for the organization and individual to construct a better psychological contract. Otherwise, it will cause bad effects. All in all, it is very important for the management of the psychological contract of knowledge employees.
