The ability of innovation on technology is a key factor concerned the surviving and developing of small and middle enterprises(SME).However,the risks confronted them are greater than other counterparts for their small size and unperfected management.Tremendous evidences indicate the risks of management are the major risks on innovation of technology.Those risks mainly come from the unqualified manager?nonstandard constructions?bad company culture?unscientific management processes.To avoid the management risks,we have to conquer the defect which caused by their too small size and unperfected management and improve the quality of manager based on the excellent company culture and perfect organization constructions while correcting the management processes.
