从博弈论视角看干散货联营体的形成

本文通过对干散货航运市场的供需分析，考虑在ISM规则条件下，货主的市场力量增强，船公司竞争激烈等因素对干散货船公司市场结构的影响。指出现在普遍观察到的干散货船公司的合作趋势是其设置进入壁垒．缓解竞争压力自然选择。同时我们认为，这种合作趋势客观上有利于效率提高。所以政府部门可以选择适度干预指导策略。

The Analysis of Association of the Bulk Shipping Company

This paper is to find the influence of the factors, such as market power of the owners of cargo and fierce competition of shipping companies, to the market structure of the bulk shipping companies, by analyzing the supply and demand of the bulk cargo shipping market and considering under ISM regular condition. Then we point out that the cooperatives trend of the bulk shipping company that generally observed is the strategy to set up entry barrier and alleviate the competition pressure. Actually we think, the cooperative trend helps to improving efficiency, so the government department should choose the guiding tactics appropriately.
