| 摘 要： | 文章通过对当前长三角区域政府合作的制度困境的分析,从长三角政府间合作和联动发展必需完善和创立三大机制入手,提出设立区域管理的综合性机构——区域协调管理委员会,和非政府智库团体——长三角一体化建设专家顾问委员会,两种力量来合力推动建立长三角区域政府合作的长效机制。
