| 摘 要： | 本文利用新经济增长理论分析了开放经济条件下我国政府的优惠投资政策对区域经济发展差异的传导机理,揭示了政府的优惠投资政策在节省生产成本、扩大就业规模、提升技术效应等方面对区域经济产生的影响,并构建了政府优惠投资政策指数,使其能更合理地反映我国政府优惠政策下的投资状况。本文利用我国1985～2008年的省际面板数据进行实证研究,研究结论显示,政府优惠政策对工业集聚水平有显著正向促进作用,是导致区域经济发展差异的重要影响因素,我国政府应加大开放力度,尤其要强化中西部地区产业选择的优惠投资政策,以便缓解甚至缩小我国区域经济发展差异。
