| 摘 要： | 本文考察了我国加工贸易生产控制模式即加工贸易企业所有权和原材料采购权在中方和外方之间的配置及其影响因素。不同于Feenstra和Hanson(2005)所认为的我国加工贸易生产控制模式可分为4种类型的结果,本文认为我国加工贸易生产控制模式至少有9种,我们可进一步将其归为所有权和采购权在外方和中方之间的独占、彻底分治、部分分治以及共同分治4类模式。根据我们对广东、福建、浙江、上海、江苏和山东6个省的242家加工贸易企业调查分析结果,我们发现,企业所在行业的技术水平、主要产品的标准化程度和通用性程度、企业中中方和外方对劳动力的培训程度等因素对企业从彻底分治模式转向其他模式起着显著影响。
