广西农村水利现状、问题及发展对策研究

农村水利是农村重要的基础设施,是农业生产的命脉。近年来,广西持续加强农村水利建设,取得了显著成效,为进一步解决＂三农＂问题、促进农村社会经济发展提供了重要保障。文章在分析广西农村水利的现状、存在问题的基础上,提出了发展对策与建议。

A Study of the Measures for the Status Quo,Problems and Development of Water Conservancy in Guangxi Rural Areas

Rural water conservancy,as the part of the important infrastructures in countryside,is the lifeblood of agricultural production.Recent years,Guangxi strengthens water conservancy construction in the rural area and achieves the remarkable effect,makes easier for the＂three rural＂issues and provides important support for social and economic development in rural.This article analyses the status quo,existing problems and puts out countermeasures and suggestion.
